Website and local SEO
Texas Twisters Gymnastics
A Georgetown gym we started from scratch, with the website, Google Business Profile, and SEO built alongside it.
This one is ours. Becky and I started Texas Twisters from nothing, and I built the website, the Google Business Profile, and the search setup alongside the business itself. I still keep it current today.

The problem
A new gym needed a way to be found.
Texas Twisters didn’t exist yet. Before opening day, parents needed somewhere to see programs, check schedules, and enroll, and Google needed a listing that matched what they’d find on the site.
- No website, no Google listing, and no search history to build on
- Families needed to browse and sign up easily from a phone
- The gym and its online presence had to launch together
What I did
I built the website, the Google Business Profile, and the search setup while we were still fitting out the gym. Programs and schedules had to be easy to find on a phone from day one. Enrollment runs through the gym’s registration portal, and the site links families straight to it. Hiring and contact forms live on the site itself.
Search and the listing were part of the launch, not something added later. When the doors opened, the pages, the hours, and the Google Business Profile all matched.
I still keep everything current as the seasons change, from schedules and programs to the listing itself, so the site stays useful long after launch.

Together
Build the site and the listing together.
If you’re opening a new business or a new location, or you don’t have a website or Google listing yet, that’s the best place to start. People can’t choose a business they can’t find.
